Side Dimes

Side Dimes is a passion project I started on Instagram. I create art pieces that give a voice to the women of the 18th and 19th century by mashing up the old and the new — ideas, understandings, trends and pop culture — to create an original and irreverently modern ‘side’ piece. All Side Dimes are digitally painted on top of reproductions of paintings from the 18th and 19th century.
